Kyle Holwagner, Vice President of Daniel Companies of Bismarck North Dakota has 12 years of experience in the local and regional commercial real estate market area.

With notable experience in a full range of real estate services that are based on relationship building and meeting the goals of clients. Kyle is   experienced with various types of commercial transactions including retail, manufacturing, distribution, build to suit construction, industrial warehouse, office and investment property.  Kyle is connected to the community and partners with a variety of resources.  This experience has helped provide Kyle with a valuable perspective and practical understanding of the market dynamics.

Prior to joining the Bismarck-Mandan commercial real estate industry Kyle spent 12 years in industrial distribution sales market management.  Kyle also held a position in advertising and marketing for 3 years.
